Kyrgyzstan used to be part of the former USSR, therefore there are military maps around but as you can see they lack detail, clarity and accuracy.

James Monypenny
is 22, he works as a free lance outdoor instructor and studies sport and exercise science for performance coaching at Sheffield Hallam university.
Sam Leach
is 22, a former Journalism student at Leeds university, (as well as LUMC president), he is a budding chef, writer and mountain lover.
Tom Nichols
is 21 years old and is studying medicine at leeds university. He is the current 'president' of his university chess club 'LUMC'. Tom had a recent scare whilst falling 100ft when attempting a one traverse of the cullin ridge (in the wet), but luckily James was on hand with a plaster and paracetamol. (Tom escaped major injury and claims to have learnt his lesson)
